1. Services
Qyptro provides cryptocurrency payment-processing services to businesses ("Merchants"), for supported digital assets (the list of which may be updated from time to time), including payment acceptance, transaction screening, settlement and related API access (the "Services"). The Services are offered to legal entities only and not to consumers. The Services are not available to entities incorporated, resident or operating in the United States of America, or owned or controlled by U.S. citizens or residents.
2. Eligibility and onboarding
To use the Services, a Merchant must complete our due-diligence process and provide accurate, complete information about its business, beneficial owners and intended use. We may decline or terminate any application at our discretion.
3. Merchant obligations
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with our AML Policy.
- Not use the Services from, or for, the prohibited jurisdictions and prohibited businesses listed in our AML & Sanctions Policy.
- Keep API credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
4. Transaction screening and holds
All transactions are subject to AML/KYT screening. We may delay, hold, reject or report any transaction where required by law or by our risk policies, and we are not liable for losses arising from such actions taken in good faith.
5. Fees
Fees are set out in the Merchant's individual agreement or pricing schedule.
6. Blockchain risks
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and depend on third-party networks. Qyptro is not responsible for network delays, fees, forks or errors in addresses provided by the Merchant or its customers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qyptro's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the Merchant in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the Merchant agreement. We may suspend the Services immediately where required for legal, security or compliance reasons.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
10. Early access
The Services are currently offered on an early-access basis. Features are made available to approved Merchants progressively, and their scope may change before general availability.
11. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to partners@qyptro.com. We acknowledge every complaint and investigate it in good faith; compliance-related matters are handled via compliance@qyptro.com.
